Answer to fibromyalgia
Yes, I have found that people do improve their health when they eliminate certain foods from their diets. Sometimes it takes awhile to discover what foods are problem causers but it is well worth the effort. Another line to take would be to use "systemic enzymes" these are not digestive enzymes taken with meals but are enzymes specifically taken at least an hour away from any food. Fibromyalgia Pain
Often times fibromyalgia is "turned up" when the body becomes more inflammed due to a sensitivity to some foods. Many people have found that by eliminating gluten from their diet the pain decreases. What has been your experience??
