Hi, I am back again with ideas to make your life pain free.
Did you know that many times your muscles hurt because they are dehydrated?
Before you reach for aspirin, reach for a glass of WATER, not tea, coffee or anything else
Reach for and drink 1 glass of water, wait 10 minutes and if there is no relief drink another glass.
